★ Curator’s Notes ★

A Wi-Fi-connected countertop press built to squeeze proprietary bags of chopped produce. It originally sold for $699, later dropped to $400, and became immortal when reporters demonstrated that human hands could squeeze the bags without involving venture capital, custom hardware, or the internet. The company shut down in 2017, leaving behind a monument to solving juice.
